Eva Carlsson is a European Patent Attorney with extensive industry experience in mechanical engineering, building and construction, medical technology and manufacturing and process technology.

Eva has over twenty-five years of experience in private practice with a focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, working on validity and infringement investigations, freedom-to-operate analyses, opposition and appeal proceedings as well as litigation. She regularly assists clients with their IP strategy and creates customised seminars.
Eva completed the Ceipi Diploma Course on Patent Litigation in Europe in 2010. She heads the Mechanics Subcommittee of the European Patent Practice Committee (EPPC) under the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi).
She continues to be ranked as a leading and highly recommended IP attorney by major industry publications and legal directories including Intellectual Asset Magazine.
Prior to entering private practice, Eva was an assistant lecturer at the Engineering College of Copenhagen.
