Kim Garsdal Nielsen

Kim Garsdal Nielsen is a European Patent Attorney and European Design Attorney. He has over twenty years of experience in private practice, primarily advising clients in the electronics, electrical engineering, renewable energy and healthcare sectors.
He worked as a search examiner at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Berlin before entering private practice. Kim was also one of the first group of people to become a Certified Danish Patent Agent (CDPA).
He represents a myriad of clients from a large health-technology disruptor to a renewable energy company that establishes and operates offshore wind farms around the world.
Kim is listed as a Patent Star in Denmark by Managing Intellectual Property in their annual IP Stars rankings.
