Anette Rasmussen elected vice-chair of ECTA Committee

Anette Rasmussen, Attorney at Law at Awapatent and Managing Partner for Awa Law Advokater in Copenhagen, has been elected vice-chair for the OHIM-Link Committee in ECTA. This policy-making committee is very important and establishes the link between ECTA and OHIM in the sense that the committee is being called upon to comment trademark legislation and -procedures and can make suggestions and provide input on strategic developments of the OHIM.

ECTA is the European Communities Trademark Association and brings together specialist practitioners from all EU countries for trademarks, designs and related IP matters.
