Awapatent remains at the top of Managing IP’s international rankings

In MIP’s international rankings “IP Stars 2016”, where top firms in over 70 jurisdictions are ranked for their patent work, Awapatent keeps the top positions from previous years in Sweden and Denmark.

The leading IP firms of each country are listed in up to 4 different tiers.

Awapatent Sweden is ranked in:

• Tier 1 in the patent prosecution category
• Tier 2 In the patent contentious category

Awapatent Denmark is ranked in:

• tier 2 in the patent prosecution category

The IP Stars rankings are based on extensive research carried out by the MIP research teams each year. The researchers obtain information from thousands of firms and their clients by phone, online surveys, email and in face-to-face meetings. Among the attributes assessed are: the firm’s workload, the quality of work, and the strength of the IP team.
