IP Stars rankings: Awapatent climbs tier for Trademark contentious in Sweden

In the latest edition of MIP’s (Managing IP) IP Stars, Awapatent has climbed to Tier 3 in the category Trademark Contentious (Sweden). In 2016, the firm was ranked in Tier 4 in the same category.

Awapatent remains strong in Tier 1 in the category Trademark Prosecution (Sweden).

In Denmark, Awapatent A/S also keeps its top place in Tier 1 for Trademark prosecution. However, it has dropped down the rankings in the category Trademark Contentious from Tier 3 in their 2016 ranking to “Other notable firms” in 2017.

AWA Asia remains in Tier 2 in the category Trademark – Foreign Firms for China.

The IP Stars ranking results for patents will be published on 1 March 2017.
