AWA stands out in IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals
IAM has released the 2022 edition of the IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals.
For the first time, Emmanuel Flamme in Belgium, Lasse Henze in Denmark, Carsten Lous in Norway and Louise Jonshammar in Sweden have been included in the rankings as recommended individuals.
Joining these four newcomers in the rankings are:
- Dieter Heck, Marc Lerho and Eric Van Malderen in Belgium;
- Xiaofan Chen in China;
- Eva Carlsson, Sidsel Hauge, Helle Friis Svenstrup, Kim Garsdal Nielsen, Michael Bech Sommer, Joacim Lydén, Mikkel Roed Trier and Vibeke Warberg Rohde in Denmark; and
- Inga-Lill Andersson, Sören Giver, Mikael Henriksson, Niklas Mattsson and Mattias Pierrou in Sweden.
Spanning litigation as well as prosecution categories and spread across five countries and two continents, AWA has a total of 21 attorneys listed as recommended individuals in the IAM Patent 1000.
In addition to the recommended individual rankings, AWA’s patent prosecution practice was recognised in Belgium, China, Denmark and Sweden. In Sweden, the litigation practice was also recommended.
AWA was further recognised in the international category for firms that have established a global presence and in the European Patent Office (EPO) category. Eva Carlsson and Niklas Mattsson were also listed in the EPO category as recommended individuals.
