Ted Hagman

Ted Hagman works with local as well as international clients and his practice includes all aspects of Intellectual Property law as well as marketing law. Ted is involved in disputes and litigation concerning infringement in and defence of IP rights in and out of courts. He has experience in negotiating, drafting and concluding agreements relating to all fields of IP. His daily work also involves trademark prosecution, handling of appeals and oppositions, also in higher instances. Ted also manages some major clients’ trademark portfolios and work as their counsel on all matters related to their IP and unfair competition.
