Ashley is regularly involved in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters and specializes in trademark, copyright, domain name, Internet law and anti-unfair competition matters in the PRC. She has substantial experience in various trademark matters before the PRC Trademark Office as well as the Trademark Review & Adjudication Board. Ashley also handles intellectual property transactions and licensing, as well as regulatory matters that affect brand owner’s business operations in mainland China.

Prior experience
Ashley has been practicing PRC IP law since 2005. She was admitted to the PRC Bar in 2008. Before joining Awapatent, Ashley has worked with Bird & Bird for over four years as a trademark associate, and before that she worked for several years at a prominent PRC boutique trademark practice in a similar role.
