Olha represents clients before the Swiss IP Office, the Swiss Federal Administrative Tribunal, and WIPO. She assists various-sized companies in trademark and domain name matters in Switzerland and abroad across various industries, such as medical and pharmaceutical, security, hospitality, personal care and cosmetics, food and beverage, apparel and stationery.
Before joining AWA, Olha worked as an in-house trademark attorney at a global pharmaceutical company, where she developed specific expertise in pharmaceutical trademarks. In addition, Olha has extensive experience as a Trademark Attorney at a Swiss IP law firm advising clients on trademark matters in Switzerland and globally, focusing on Eastern European and Central Asian countries.
Since 2021, Olha has also been a Head Tutor and Tutor at the WIPO Academy for distance learning courses on trademarks and IP arbitration.
