Roos Bottema

Roos is a Junior Associate based in the Stockholm office and forms part of the Software and Communications team. She graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University with a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics.

She studied a wide range of courses in physics, including mathematics, robotics, and programming. Her specialisation was Machine Learning, which resulted in her master’s thesis at Mainblades in The Hague, where she implemented Neural Radiance Fields and Gaussian Splatting in the drone industry.

Roos’s passion is contributing to a more equal technology business. She works with the Womengineer Foundation, where she founded the podcast Womengineer Radio. Through this podcast, she has interviewed and met industry-leading women in different technological areas. The podcast also allows her to dive deep into different engineering topics and spread knowledge in a fun and easily accessible manner.
