She works in close collaboration with our Attorneys at Law and is experienced in coordinating major IP portfolios in several business fields. Nilda specialises in trademark, design, and patent prosecution, including coordinating and managing simultaneous trademark, design, and patent filings worldwide, trademark clearance, customs seizure, court cases, oppositions, cancellation, and infringement matters.
